Payment Due Date
Payment for January lessons is due by December 31. If payment is not received
by the due date, the student will be charged a $20 late fee, due upon receipt
of payment. Note: NO
LESSONS Thursday, December 18 through Thursday, January 1 (Lessons resume
Monday, January 5, 2009).
Payment Policy
Payment for the upcoming month of lessons must be received by the last day
of the previous month. New students beginning mid-month must pay (before the
first lesson) for whatever lessons remain in the current month plus next month.
Once any payment is made, there are no refunds or credits.
Payment Options
Pay in person:
Bring cash or personal check/money order (payable to Melanie Maz) to your
last lesson before the due date. Please make payment during your lesson time--not
at the end--to avoid cutting into the next student's lesson time.
Mail payment:
Ask Melanie for the mailing address to mail checks/money orders. Payment must
be at the house by the due date.
Drop off payment:
Put payment in a sealed envelope with your full name, and Melanie's full name/address
on it. Leave the envelope in the mailbox in front of Melanie's house by the
due date. Do
not ring the doorbell as you may disturb student's in their lessons (or other
residents).
